Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and don’t have the time to drive across town for an appointment?

Do you live in a more rural area, or maybe you prefer to just do things virtually?

If so, virtual therapy, otherwise known as telehealth, may be the ideal solution for you.

In addition to treating individuals residing in the states of New York and New Jersey, as a PSYPACT authorized therapist I am able to work with those residing in any PSYPACT participating state.

Telehealth allows therapists to provide counseling and treatment to clients via live video conferencing. This can be done anywhere you have a computer or smartphone.

For many individuals, telehealth appointments can be just as beneficial as in person sessions.

With telehealth you can schedule an appointment directly online and have the entire therapy session take place digitally. To learn more and get started with virtual therapy, please contact me so we can discuss whether or not telehealth is the right option for you or your child.
