I am a New York and New Jersey licensed clinical psychologist with a physical office located in Montclair, New Jersey. I am authorized to provide telehealth in all 33 PSYPACT participating states. With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, I currently serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.
My therapeutic approach is guided by the the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and by Ross Greene’s Collaborative and Proactive Solutions Model (CPS). Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies and techniques are incorporated into treatment as needed. In addition to my doctorate in psychology, I also hold a master’s degree in special education from Bank Street College of Education and have served as both teacher and early intervention provider. I also hold a DIRFloortime certificate and am experienced in assessing and providing intervention for the unique challenges and strengths of neurodiverse youth and adults. My combined training in early childhood, special education, and clinical psychology provides me with a unique understanding of development across the lifespan.
I have worked, trained, and provided supervision at several prominent hospitals including New York Presbyterian Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, and Mount Sinai Medical Center.
